We're confident your dog will love Radical Dog. If they don't, we'll refund the purchase price of your order.
How to Claim:
If your dog doesn't enjoy Radical Dog, complete the refund form and return the remaining product within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a refund of the original purchase price (excluding postage and handling).
Terms & Conditions of Refund
- This guarantee applies to your first purchase of Radical Dog only.
- AÂ valid proof of purchase (receipt)Â must be included with your claim.
- The remaining product must be returned in its original packaging, with the packaging intact.
- Refunds apply to the original purchase price only and do not include postage or shipping costs.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once we have received and approved your return, we will contact you to process your refund.
- Radical Dog reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet these Terms & Conditions.
- This guarantee is valid for purchases made within New Zealand only.
